One of the most important moments in the kitchen work is its chef and his attitude to his business. I think we were lucky with that. Together with the chef of Tria Elegance, we read many books on Turkish cuisine of different regions of the country in different historical epochs. We know a lot of old recipes of the Black Sea, Mediterranean and Ottoman cuisine. Of course, other regions of Turkey and their wonderful cooking are also welcomed by us. Everything connected with Turkey and its cuisine seems interesting to us. We want to make a truly delicious Turkish cuisine. If you wish, we will be happy to tell you about the history of any of our dishes, as it is cooked and served.

I am very grateful to you for the compliments about our choice of appetizers. It is really great, and I would particularly like to draw your attention to our fish appetizers. We carefully select our appetizers, because they largely determine the success of lunch or dinner of the guest. The abundance of snacks is a good prelude to the extensive menu, which has impressed you with its variety too, as I can see.

You may have noticed that we use no artificial ingredients. This is our principle. No flavorants, no semi-products. We use only fresh products. We cook at Tria Elegance with sea salt and use natural components for sauces. By the way, we prepare sauces by ourselves and do not buy them. Cooking sauces at Tria Elegance is a prerogative of our chef, who cooks them with enthusiasm and does not put this matter into anyone's hands))

I would like to draw your attention to the dessert that our TV guests really liked. This is a Turkish dish which is called peynir tatlisi. It is made from fresh Turkish cheese. If you flavour it with lemon juice, you will feel a special incomparable sweet-sour taste... A few people living in Turkey have tried this type of dessert. And by the way, this dish is an invention of our chef! Of course, it is better to finish the meal with it, and during it I recommend you to taste layer cake with flounder fish. I am very pleased you liked it so much!

As you can see, we have prepared a set of dishes that our viewers could see our diverse and rich cuisine. As you might see, we are located at an old Istanbul street in the historic city center. This is Sultanahmet district, just below the Hippodrome. We are close to the Cathedral of St. Sophia and Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Yerebatan reservoir. Besides, the walls of Constantinople are visible from our terrace. Tria Elegance attracts its guests with its menu and unusual design.
